Yes. There is lots of free parking at the clinic.
Yes. The clinic will call to confirm the appointment 1 week before the procedure day. There will be a fee of $200.00 for any cancellation made within 3 business days prior to the procedure.
You also need to bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) with you at the time of your appointment.
At scheduling, our clinic staff will ask a series of questions to determine the safest environment for your procedure. Patients who are assessed to have serious medical issues will have their procedures directed to one of our Gastroenterologists’ offices to have the procedure booked and performed in the hospital. The majority of healthy adults can safely and easily have endoscopic procedures in an out-of-hospital endoscopy clinic. The procedures, equipment, and cleaning/disinfecting process is exactly the same as at the hospital.
Please call or email the clinic, and our clinic manager will review the issue or comments. They will also then coordinate with necessary doctors or other clinic staff involved to review and respond to your questions and comments with the goal to rectify or clarify your concerns.
